📦 Shipping & Delivery

 

When will my order ship?


Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours on business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

  • Austria: Free shipping on orders over €50. Delivery: 2-4 business days.

  • Germany: Flat rate of €5.90. Delivery: 3-6 business days.

  • Other EU Countries: Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use the "Track Your Order" feature in your account or on our website.

🔁 Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied, you can return the product in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Upon inspection, we will refund the product's price (excluding shipping costs).

Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes. All our products come with a 24-month seller's warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse or accidents. To file a warranty claim, please contact us via email with your order details.
