Shipping Policies
Shipping information applies to all customers.
Shipping takes place to the following countries:
Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Finland, Bulgaria, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Spain
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes and other fees which are not included in the total price.

Free shipping from 34€Delivery time: 4 - 9 working days
For orders over €35, there are no shipping costs for standard shipping within Austria.
EU countries :
Delivery time: 4 - 9 working days
Shipping costs: Zone 1a, 1b and 1c (EU) from 35€ free shipping
Zone 2 and Zone 3 free shipping from €60
We will send your order by post, DPD or DHL. Please ensure that your package can be delivered or, in the event of non-delivery, that you collect it from the parcel shop within 9 days. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge for return shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information (e.g. missing house number, incorrect postal code, specification of a packing station).
How long does the delivery take?
We strive to ship your goods as quickly as possible.
When will the products be shipped?
In general, products are shipped from Monday to Friday. and Saturday until 12:00 p.m
When will the goods be delivered?
Delivery to the delivery address takes place six days a week, i.e. Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sundays.
Will I be informed about shipping?
When an order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with shipping confirmation and your invoice.
